"Marleny Guzman (office associate) was PHENOMENAL!!! She fielded my call from NC to help my son procure renters and auto insurance as he prepares to move from Salt Lake City, UT to West Palm Beach. He needed proof of a renters policy so he could activate his apartment lease BEFORE he and his possessions actually arrive in the city. Marleny professionally answered all of my questions, provided quotes and walked me through the best way to handle insurance coverage while my son’s personal property and car are being transported from Utah to Florida in the next few weeks. Marleny helped me manage Florida insurance so my son could focus on handling the Utah end of his move. She assured me that she would be available to my son to walk him through any questions he may have about his policies once he finally arrives in West Palm Beach. I couldn’t be more pleased with Marleny and the care she showed me during a busy and stressful time in advance of my son’s cross country move."
